S-Foodies Uppsala AB (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how We will collect and protect the privacy of personal information about you collected by Us or provided by you to Us via our website or from other sources.

We will generally collect personal information about you directly from you when you use this website or deal with Us over the telephone or by letter or e-mail. Normally, the type of personal information collected will include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address and product preferences.

We will use and disclosed personal information for the primary purpose for which the personal information was collected or for purposes related to or ancillary to that primary purpose. We will not disclose collected personal information to third parties other than Authorised Disclosees (such as Post Nord), for the purpose of allowing such third parties to deliver our products or services to you.
We may from time to time engage third party contractors to carry out work on our behalf. Third party contractors are prohibited from using collected personal information about you, except for the specific purpose for which that personal information has been supplied by Us to the contractor.

To store and use it to provide you with any services which you order from us and maintain evidence of your being a subscriber to our services.

How long Do We Store and use Your Data?

By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers (for tax purposes).
Do We Store Any ‘Sensitive’ or Payment Data?
We don’t collect or store any ‘sensitive data’
We work with Stripe. PayPal and Swish to arrange your payments for courses and products, we don’t therefore collect or hold any payment records.
Personal Data for International Customers
S-Foodies Uppsala AB is based in Sweden and is compliant with all local privacy regulations, we cannot legislate for any regulations or laws that may apply differently in other countries. Submitting your personal data is done so strictly on that basis and the data of any foreign nationals that we may hold as a result is the responsibility of the person who submits it. If you would like us to remove any data please contact us and advise us accordingly.
DATA SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.
We may disclose personal information to Authorised Disclosees upon the basis that any Authorised Disclosee may only collect, use or disclose the information for the purpose for which that information was originally collected by Us.
Use Of ‘Electronic Communication’
We try to use the most popular and convenient forms of electronic communication. This could include email or SMS or for example, new and emerging forms of communication such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. Where we ask for consent to receive communications we are doing this in general to cover all forms of electronic communication- if you wish to be excluded from any form of communication, simply contact us on the email address indicated earlier.

The right to object to direct marketing: you can unsubscribe or opt-out of our direct marketing communication at any time. If you no longer wish to receive marketing material, you have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us.
The right to withdraw consent at any time for data processing based on consent: You can withdraw your consent to our processing of your data when such processing is based on consent, however please be advised that this will not entitle you to an automatic refund on a product already made available to you.
The right to data portability: you have the right to move, copy or transfer data from our database to another. This only applies to data that you have provided, where processing is based on a contract or your consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means.

Changing to the Privacy Policy
We regularly review and, where necessary, update our privacy information and should there be any change of use of our privacy information, we’ll communicate the changes to individuals before starting any new processing.

The website is accessible to people of all ages. However, we are mindful that some customers who register as members may be under the age of 18. In the interests of their personal safety, we urge children to check with their parents before entering personal information on any website and ask parents to discuss these issues with their children.
